Landlords took no pride in how things looked or how unhealthy things were.. I was moving when workers came out to dig up this area and I could smell toxins , and gave them a quick warning .
After I was evicted , a redo of the outside , not so much within as I understand . My rent was $650, which increased to $1000. The newer tenant was a young mom with 1 child and complaining of weakness, of being tired.. Many toxic aspects of that place , doing much harm and ignored $$$$ over healthy tenets that deserve better .
This tire was out front , in plain view , collecting water, mosquitoes etc
