Anahata – the heart chakra

The heart chakra is called Anāhata Chakra. Anāhata means ‘that which cannot be killed’ and refers to that in you which is no longer bound by a limited existence: true love or consciousness itself. In ancient scriptures, the heart was often seen as a potential opening to a deeper discovery of Self, because when you love something or someone truly, it opens you to an inherent essence that is neither rooted in the mind nor dependent on circumstances, expressions or forms. It doesn’t come or go. It is always here. It simply is. Love simply is.

A musical note that was never struck or a single hand clapping were used as pointers to collapse the thinking mind and reveal something to you that underlies experience, but doesn’t depend on it.

To come from love means to see life, yourself and others increasingly through this deeper love that isn’t personally motivated or desirous, but the origin of life itself. It is from this love that all forms emerge and yet it completely transcends duality. Love is also the most accessible ‘form’ of the true Self for most minds, because almost everyone has experienced what it means to love someone or something exactly as it is or they are, simply for their being, their existence. Such a love that is no longer motivated by personal validation allows you to glimpse deeper, both into others as well as yourself.

To be inspired more consciously by that deeper love of Self on a relative level means fully embracing what arises for you and others in the present moment without lies, pretense, exaggeration or suppression.

To be open-hearted means to come from and stand up for the deepest truth accessible to you, and to allow transparency to permeate all of your relationships.

There is an intimacy available that is almost unknown in our world. It is a full opening to the present moment with all of its ‘life” in it. This degree of love in and for life only becomes available to you once you no longer define yourself or others through what appears for you or them,but can remember yourself as that love that exists prior, amidst ,and yet beyond all appearances.

I have joined with many parents affected with the surreal , yet accepted issue of child abuse via Pathogenic Parenting / Domestic abuse. As a survivor of Domestic Abuse, denial abounded that 3 sons were not affected. In my desire to be family to those who have found me lacking . As a survivor of psychiatric abuse, therapist who abused also and toxic prescribed medications took me to hell on earth with few moments of heaven. I will share my life, my experiences and my studies and research.. I will talk to small circles and I will council ; as targeted parents , grandparents , aunts , uncles etc. , are denied contact with a child for reasons that serve the abuser ...further abusing the child. I grasp the trauma and I have looked at the lost connection to a higher power.. I grasp when one is accustomed to privilege, equality can feel like discrimination.. Shame and affluence silences a lot of facts , truths that have been labeled "negative". It is about liberation of the soul from projections of a alienator , and abuser ..
