For some of the Ascending it may seem that a great deal of unresolved issues have arisen , suppressed emotions and neglected aspects of the self have been opened, bringing up inner child wounds, the shadow self, karmic attachments, and recurring cycles into focus. During moments of stillness like meditation, relaxation, and sleep, the ascending are processing and resolving unleashed inner darkness. This process can lead to a temporary increase of exhaustion .
