Not leaving 3D

Notes from higher self ,

You are not leaving the 3D plane,

you will absolutely be remaining within it,

what you are doing is becoming conscious of your multi-dimensionality, operating from within, which is currently attempting to merge.

You will be human beings who remain amongst the 3D field, as multi-dimensional conscious humans, navigating and existing, in all planes at once, with access to 3D, 4D and 5D combined into one, within the physical form.

What you are currently doing is remembering, how this all works and to recognize in self, which dimension is currently presenting, in self, and which part of your own multi-dimensional aspect is playing out.

Will you play in the 3D old games or step back from the game and focus on new creation. You are practicing how to become aware of which world, which dimension is active, in your field, and what choice you might make in any given moment.

As multi-dimensional beings here, as embodying anchors, grid points, for this permanently open doorway, to numerous dimensions, you will remember or learn, which parts to play in and which parts not to play in and you will consciously start choosing to focus and create new frequencies of 5D plus creations, which will be here, available for all other frequencies, in divine timing.

And just like learning anything new, there can be confusion, doubt, brain fog, overwhelm etc. as the separate parts, the 3d, 4d and 5d become one, or your past, present and future, attempt to merge, trying to find a new balance in working as a unified merging of numerous parts, to align with being in a co-creative state of being, where they can all exist , in awareness, together as one.

Just like learning to drive, gear shifts, breaks, wrong turns, indicators, driving, pulling over , reversing, reverse parking, filling up the tank, oil changes, checking rear view mirrors, red lights , orange lights , green lights, speeding, crashing etc. etc. eventually becomes second nature.

Each part, every part, in all moments, always offering opportunities, back to pure love. Allow yourself to understand, which frequency is currently taking the lead role.

We are in the frequency of practicing Oneness, Each person connecting the dots, filling in the gaps, offering their piece of the divine plan, for Unity Consciousness.

I have joined with many parents affected with the surreal , yet accepted issue of child abuse via Pathogenic Parenting / Domestic abuse. As a survivor of Domestic Abuse, denial abounded that 3 sons were not affected. In my desire to be family to those who have found me lacking . As a survivor of psychiatric abuse, therapist who abused also and toxic prescribed medications took me to hell on earth with few moments of heaven. I will share my life, my experiences and my studies and research.. I will talk to small circles and I will council ; as targeted parents , grandparents , aunts , uncles etc. , are denied contact with a child for reasons that serve the abuser ...further abusing the child. I grasp the trauma and I have looked at the lost connection to a higher power.. I grasp when one is accustomed to privilege, equality can feel like discrimination.. Shame and affluence silences a lot of facts , truths that have been labeled "negative". It is about liberation of the soul from projections of a alienator , and abuser ..
