What are you feeding your consciousness?

What thoughts are you allowing full reign in your head, right now? Because, whatever, they are is what you have chosen, it is what you are focusing on, and is what you are devoting your life energies to.

The choice is always yours…

Be aware every moment, be mindful, breathe in and calm your body, breathe out and smile.

You have all the spiritual tools you need at this stage. You have waited aeons of lifetimes for this moment. Focus on your HOLY PRESENCE, listen within, lift your frequency this moment, and every moment. Have you chosen to fulfill your Mission and assist with the shift that is in full swing across the world right now or do you still want to play the game of illusion? It is simply a matter of what YOUR SOUL is READY FOR – ASK WITHIN YOURSELF for guidance.

You have to choose. You cannot flip flop back and forth from 3D to 5D, from your outer life to your inner…from illusion to reality…the time has come to make a definite commitment – to make your soul choice, and stick to it… There is going to be a sudden moment, not too far ahead of us, where it will become your full reality, and your choice will be fulfilled 100%.

I have joined with many parents affected with the surreal , yet accepted issue of child abuse via Pathogenic Parenting / Domestic abuse. As a survivor of Domestic Abuse, denial abounded that 3 sons were not affected. In my desire to be family to those who have found me lacking . As a survivor of psychiatric abuse, therapist who abused also and toxic prescribed medications took me to hell on earth with few moments of heaven. I will share my life, my experiences and my studies and research.. I will talk to small circles and I will council ; as targeted parents , grandparents , aunts , uncles etc. , are denied contact with a child for reasons that serve the abuser ...further abusing the child. I grasp the trauma and I have looked at the lost connection to a higher power.. I grasp when one is accustomed to privilege, equality can feel like discrimination.. Shame and affluence silences a lot of facts , truths that have been labeled "negative". It is about liberation of the soul from projections of a alienator , and abuser ..
